07edea2153 fix: 流水线数量修正 — 4条→1条已部署 
实际只在建木平台部署了1条构建流水线（push触发，集成+部署）。
其余3个YAML文件只是配置定义，未在建木平台部署。
端到端工作流说明文档、新需求构思报告、变更汇总README同步修正。
