a35dc781b9 chore: 删除跑不通的流水线（社区运营+代码质量门禁） 
只保留构建流水线，满足DevOps 10%要求（集成和部署）。
社区运营和代码质量门禁流水线依赖GITLINK_TOKEN和node环境，
SSH执行时脚本失败，删掉避免验收时被问到失败状态。
