Sterling Cobb ac2578c360 add better description text to quiz stats page fixes CNVS-28202 There weren't enough labels and descriptions for graphs and tabels on the quiz stats page. This add's those things in. There weren't enough labels and descriptions for graphs and tabels on
the quiz stats page. This add's those things in.

Test Plan
Given you're using a screen reader
And you have a test that has been taken by someone in your class
And you're on the quiz stats page
