Fixes COMMS-117 Test Plan: * Have a course with a teacher and student. * Make sure the student is *confirmed* and *registered* in the course. * Make a discussion topic with a table in the body. Put some stuff in the "basic" table properties. * Save and publish this topic. * Go to users/:user_id/messages, and look at the message notifying the user of the newly created topic. * Click on "HTML" and note the table is there, formatted!
