Fixes: CNVS-27418 Test plan: - With the new UI on, as an admin, go to your user account settings, and turn on High Contrast UI. - Go to Theme Editor, and you should see the following alert at the top of the screen: http://screencast.com/t/shbAlU6H - The link should take you to your account settings page - Turn off High Contrast UI, go back into Theme Editor, and the alert should no longer show.
