Chips away at our dependence on old jQuery
Also: Remove IE and old-Safari detection

- Load Canvas in Safari
- document.body should have 'safari' className
- Load Canvas in Chrome
- document.body should have 'chrome' className
- Load Canvas in Firefox
- document.body should have 'ff' className
