Caleb Guanzon eff75db5a6 fix broken anonymous discussion names

fixes EGG-16

this is another regression caused by
the new hide student names implementation
in discussions redesign

test plan:
- new specs pass (i wrote a lot)
- create an anonymous discussion
- add replies as a teacher and as a student
- delete some student replies
- edit others
- quote others
- view the discussion
- verify page loads and students are anonymized while
teachers are not
- verify students are anonymous
