Ryan Shaw ebac5a3ad8 the regular “update all the npm things” commit 
this updates all the stuff we get from npm that we _can_ upgrade to
the newest versions available.

test plan:
* all the builds should pass

Gems

Testing

To test all the gems:

cd gems
./test_all_gems.sh

To test an individual gem

Run ./test.sh inside the gem's folder. This is basically the same as:

cd gems/google_drive
bundle
rspec
