If you want extra credit:
- Enable 'RCE Better File Downloading'
- Create a new page with:
- course link (like a page)
- edit html and add class='instructure_file_link' to the `a` tag
- external link (like http://google.com)
- link to a document (like a pdf) and keep it a link
- The Course Link should not have a download button
- The external link should not have a download button
- The document link should have a download button
