Navigate to course assignments page as a teacher or admin 3. Click gear icon next to new group/assignment buttons at top * Observe that LTI tool from step 1) appears as an entry here 4. Click the LTI tool entry to launch the LTI * Observe that a dialog opens with the LTI launched Use config file from spec/fixtures/lti/config.course_assignments_menu.xml for registering fake tool for step 1 if you don't have a real tool with the placement.
