Nathan Mills 7fb13337af don't change submission type for grade updates ... fixes: PLAT-1836 test plan: 1. Install this tool into a Canvas course: https://lti-tool-provider.herokuapp.com 2. Create and publish an assignment that uses the external tool from #1 3. Enroll and masquerade as a student and access the assignment 4.
