test plan:
- create a terms.csv that sets override dates for various
enrollment types for a term
- import it
- manually change a date for one enrollment type
- re-import the csv
- the manual change should stick
- re-import the csv with the "Override UI Changes" box checked
- the value should revert to the one from the csv
