refs CNVS-20836

Once this is merged, plugins or extensions can
register their own exceptions if they don't
want them broadcast to sentry for whatever reason
(there are some job failures that are a good candidate
for this)

Canvas is a new, open-source LMS by Instructure Inc. It is released under the AGPLv3 license for use by anyone interested in learning more about or using learning management systems.
