John Corrigan 55e2c55bac add `X-Request-Context-Id` & `-Signature` headers to MathMan requests ... fixes CNVS-31872 test plan: - Enable the MathMan plugin for MathML generation, and provide a base url. - Add an assignment that has an equation in the body. - Look at MathMan request logs and validate that the `X-Request-Context-Id` & `X-Request-Context-Signature` headers are present.
