In the SIS import page, adds a "Term:" label to the dropdown that appears
when "This is a full batch update" is checked.
fixes CNVS-36467
Test Plan:
1. In Safari with VoiceOver enabled, navigate to the SIS Import page
2. Check the "This is a full batch update" checkbox
3. Move VO focus to the combo box that appeared
4. Now a "term:" label appears next to the dropdown.
