Jon Jensen 3d3269f075 spec: make selinimum ignore more stuff, refs SD-1260 
ignore pretty much anything under spec/ that doesn't affect selenium (so,
jsx, coffee, js, non-selenium specs, etc)

also switch to a .gitignore-style file to more easily manage this
