Add a handful of fields pursuant to anonymous and moderated grading to
the Assignment class and the relevant tests and validation routines.
closes GRADE-958
Test plan:
- Make sure specs pass
- Run the migrations and make sure they complete without issue
(and that the first of the two can be reverted with no errors)
- With Anonymous Moderated Marking enabled, open a course and create a
new assignment with the "anonymous grading" and "moderated grading"
checkboxes selected. The assignment should be created successfully
without any errors.
