fix some crumbs I18n

fixes CNVS-3106

test plan:
 * change language
 * /accounts/X/account_authorization_configs
 * /accounts/X/avatars
 * go to a user page, and click "Delete from X" (where X is the account)
 * all three of those pages the bread crumbs should be localized
