fix color contrest with admins email 

fixes CNVS-33526

Test Plan:
-Turn on high contrast mode
-Go to account settings page
-Navigate to the Admins tab
-Notice the email under the admins role
 has changed to the correct contrast
-See screenshot with more information on ticket
