Encrypt LDAP bind password in db with SECRET_KEY (#15547)
* Encrypt LDAP bind password in db with SECRET_KEY The LDAP source bind password are currently stored in plaintext in the db This PR simply encrypts them with the setting.SECRET_KEY.
