Add snowflake-ci to docker-compose
...
This is intended to be used for easy reproduction of failures found by
snowflake's planned CI.

put code in foundationdb dir in container
...
Generating the documentation does not work
if the foundationdb code is not in a directory
called `foundationdb`. This is imho a bug.
However, this should be fixed in another PR.
For now I simply renamed the directory in
docker-compose
