## Change
`QdrantFilterConverter.buildEqCondition` and `buildNeCondition` rejected
`Float`/`Double` comparison values with an `IllegalArgumentException`,
even though `Metadata` declares `Float`/`Double` as supported types and
offers `put(String, float)`/`put(String, double)`. A value stored as a
double could be saved but never queried back with
`IsEqualTo`/`IsNotEqualTo`.
Qdrant's `Match` proto has no float field, so this adds a
`Float`/`Double` branch mapping equality to a `Range` with `gte == lte
== value`, reusing the range pattern already used by
`IsGreaterThan`/`IsLessThan` in the same class. `IsNotEqualTo` wraps
that range in `must_not`. The integer, long, string, and boolean
branches are unchanged.
This aligns Qdrant with sibling stores (Pinecone, Milvus) that already
accept floating-point equality.

## Fix: use Query RPC instead of legacy Search RPC in
`QdrantEmbeddingStore` (breaks on Qdrant ≥ 1.13)
### Problem
`QdrantEmbeddingStore.search()` was calling
`client.searchAsync(SearchPoints)`, which dispatches to the legacy gRPC
`Search` RPC (`PointsFutureStub.search`). In **Qdrant 1.13** the
server-side behaviour of this legacy endpoint changed: it **no longer
populates the `vectors` field on returned `ScoredPoint` messages**, even
when `with_vectors = true` is explicitly requested.
The store then unconditionally called:
```java
Embedding embedding = toEmbedding(scoredPoint.getVectors().getVector());
```
With an empty protobuf default returned from `getVectors()`,
`getDataList()` was empty, producing a **zero-dimension `Embedding`**
and a downstream dimension error.

### Fix
Replace `SearchPoints` + `client.searchAsync()` with `QueryPoints` +
`client.queryAsync()`, using `QueryFactory.nearest(List<Float>)` to
supply the dense query vector ([`QueryFactory`
source](https://github.com/qdrant/java-client/blob/master/src/main/java/io/qdrant/client/QueryFactory.java)).
Both RPCs return `List<ScoredPoint>`, so `toEmbeddingMatch()` and the
rest of the class are unchanged.
### Testing
Run `QdrantEmbeddingStoreIT` against a Qdrant ≥ 1.13 instance — this
test exercises `search()` and would previously fail with a dimension
error on any collection with stored vectors.
### Affected versions
Any deployment of langchain4j-qdrant against a Qdrant server ≥ 1.13. The
Query gRPC RPC has been available since Qdrant 1.10, so there is no
minimum server version concern for the fix.

Replaced hardcoded `UUID.fromString(id)` parsing in
`QdrantEmbeddingStore` with a helper method (`toPointId`) that natively
supports both unsigned 64-bit integers and UUIDs per Qdrant's
specifications.
Specifically updated `addAll`, `removeAll`, and `toEmbeddingMatch` to
safely map between Java strings, integer point IDs, and UUID point IDs
without throwing an `IllegalArgumentException`. Added a dedicated
integration test (`should_support_integer_point_ids`) to verify the
behavior.

I noticed that in a lot of files there are duplicated checks for `null`
and not empty or `null` and not blank. Since there exist functions in
`Utils` class which do exactly that, I replaced all custom checks with
calls to such functions.

Cleanup repeating dependencies in pom.xml. Better test assertions and
apidocs/javadoc generation.
## Change
Refactor project structure and remove unused test dependencies.
- Repeating test dependencies like `tinylog`, `awaitility` and others
were removed from various modules and consolidated in the parent module.
This reduction in clutter helps to streamline the testing process.
- A separate `kotlin` profile was created to manage Kotlin-related
configurations and dependencies.
- Upgraded versions of dependencies like `ai-mocks` and `wiremock` were
implemented. Moved to wiremock-standalone (shaded jar) to avoid
potential version conflicts with runtime classes.
- The test changes in `ChatRequestExtensionsTest.kt` partially migrated
from AssertJ to Kotest assertions.
- Updated Dokka plugin configuration
