Eric Arellano 0bd9de95ea Remove sequencing assumption in conversionPipeline.ts (#958) ... Makes two refactors: 1. Removes creation of `apidoc/` and `stubs/` markdown folders. We never wrote to these folders. We already create the markdown folder in `updateApiDocs.ts` if it doesn't exist, so this wasn't necessary. 2. Removes the implicit requirement that `copyImages` is called before `postProcessResults` so that method inlining doesn't break the images.
