This adds additional coverage to ActionCable::Server to validate that its output follow the Rack SPEC. In addition to using Rack::CONTENT_TYPE for the Content-Type header, there was another change required: the Content-Type header cannot be specified when the Response status is 204, so the default health check status was updated to 200 |

Action Cable – Integrated WebSockets for \Rails
Action Cable seamlessly integrates WebSockets with the rest of your \Rails application. It allows for real-time features to be written in Ruby in the same style and form as the rest of your \Rails application, while still being performant and scalable. It's a full-stack offering that provides both a client-side JavaScript framework and a server-side Ruby framework.
