Alexander Shaposhnikov 6beb2db7d1 [Support] Factor out isCrash from throwIfCrash
This diff factors out the check "isCrash" from the static method "throwIfCrash".
This is a helper function that can be useful in debugging / analysis, in particular,
I'm planning to use it in the future patches for lld-fuzzer.

Test plan:
1/ ninja check-all
2/ export LLD_IN_TEST=5 ninja check-lld

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
