Daniel Jasper 7194527d9f Improve operator kind detection in presence of comments. 
We used to incorrectly identify some operators (*, &, +, -, etc.) if
there were comments around them.

Example:
Before: int a = /**/ - 1;
After:  int a = /**/ -1;
