Reid Kleckner 01485654db Use the MSVC SEH personalities on Mingw 
Mingw generally wraps an old copy of msvcrt.dll which has these
personalities, so things should work out, or so I hear. I haven't tested
it.

ASTMatchers Rename AST node matchers to match the AST node names directly. Part of this rename also splits recordDecl() (which used to match CXXRecordDecl) into recordDecl() (that matches RecordDecl) and cxxRecordDecl (that matches CXXRecordDecl).
