Max Moroz 3f26dac416 [libfuzzer] Compare TotalNumberOfRuns with MaxNumberOfRuns when testing a memory leak. Summary: Fuzzer::TryDetectingAMemoryLeak may call ExecuteCallback which would increment TotalNumberOfRuns, but it doesn't respect Options.MaxNumberOfRuns value specified by a user.
