Sanjay Patel f2a322bfcf [SROA] prevent crash on large memset length (PR50910)
I don't know much about this pass, but we need a stronger
check on the memset length arg to avoid an assert. The
current code was added with D59000.
The test is reduced from:

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
