Rafael Espindola ae24400424 Create R_X86_64_RELATIVE when needed. 
The dynamic relocation code needs refactoring, but it is probably better
to do it with this test passing.

The New ELF Linker

This directory contains a port of the new PE/COFF linker for ELF.

See COFF/README.md for details on the design.

Capabilities

This linker can currently generate a valid ELF file that can be run on linux from a single input file.
