Daniel Sanders cbe13a1461 [globalisel][knownbits] Allow targets to call GISelKnownBits::computeKnownBitsImpl()
Summary:
It seems we missed that the target hook can't query the known-bits for the
inputs to a target instruction. Fix that oversight

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
