Avoid doing the following combine for vector types: ``` copysign(x, fp_extend(y)) -> copysign(x, y) copysign(x, fp_round(y)) -> copysign(x, y) ``` That combine seemed to impede the selection of vector instruction and cause a mess in some circumstances.
