Reid Spencer c51ced3e6b Forgot to commit this earlier. Its part of the simplify-libcalls ... enhancement for ffs, ffsl, and ffsll optimizations. We can't do the opt unless we also have the at least ffsll function. Notably SVR4 doesn't. llvm-svn: 22033		2005-05-14 20:04:19 +00:00
