Dmitry Vyukov c35cfa91a8 include/llvm/Object/ELF.h: do debug checks only when NDEBUG ... validateSymbol() is called all over the place, and it seems it's a debug check. libcxxabi	Partially revert r152770. That commit moved the default handlers to their own file. But it also did some refactoring. It is the latter that is being reverted.
