Summary: The check should ignore the main function, the program entry point. It is not possible to use `std::array<>` for the `argv`. The alternative is to use `char** argv`. Sphinx html files can be generated separately using make html. Doxygen html files can also be generated using make doxygen. The generated documentation will be placed in _build/html.
