Ted Kremenek c0259639ad Made 'FoldingSetNodeID' a proper class instead of a nested class in ... 'FoldingSetNodeImpl' (previously 'FoldingSetNodeID' was a typedef of 'FoldingSetNodeImpl::NodeID').
