Louis Dionne e823b6d7e6 [libcxx] Remove bad_array_length Summary: std::bad_array_length was added by n3467, but this never made it into C++. This commit removes the definition of std::bad_array_length from the headers AND from the shared library. See the comments in the ABI changelog for details about the ABI implications of this change. libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
