Vladislav Vinogradov 02834e1bd9 [mlir][ODS] Get rid of limitations in rewriters generator 
Do not limit the number of arguments in rewriter pattern.

Introduce separate `FmtStrVecObject` class to handle
format of variadic `std::string` array.
