Douglas Gregor b61e809b42 Move the computation of the lambda mangling information (mangling ... number + context) to the point where we initially start defining the lambda, so that the linkage won't change when that information is made available. libcxxabi	I would really like to write the handlers in terms of C++11 atomics. This would give us the best performance, portablity, and safety tradeoff. Unfortunately I can not yet do that.
