Fangrui Song 2374bff376 [libclang][test] Suppress annoying 'LIBCLANG TOOLING ERROR' output
check-all invokes check-clang-python which prints the annoying message:

LIBCLANG TOOLING ERROR: fixed-compilation-database: Error while opening fixed database: No such file or directory
json-compilation-database: Error while opening JSON database: No such file or directory

Let's fix it now with os.dup os.dup2 trick.

This directory implements Python bindings for Clang.

You may need to set CLANG_LIBRARY_PATH so that the Clang library can be
found. The unit tests are designed to be run with any standard test
runner. For example:
--
$ env PYTHONPATH=$(echo ~/llvm/tools/clang/bindings/python/) \
      CLANG_LIBRARY_PATH=$(llvm-config --libdir) \
  python -m unittest discover -v
tests.cindex.test_index.test_create ... ok
