Jack Carter b05cb67b81 Mips direct object xgot support 
This patch provides support for the MIPS relocations:

    *)  R_MIPS_GOT_HI16
    *)  R_MIPS_GOT_LO16
    *)  R_MIPS_CALL_HI16
    *)  R_MIPS_CALL_LO16

These are used for large GOT instruction sequences.

libcxxabi Remove aborts under __dynamic_cast which were under _LIBCXX_DYNAMIC_FALLBACK. Change all type_info comparisons to use an inlined is_equal helper. However no change in functionality for this latter change at this time.
