Rafael Espindola 300b38678c Refactor gdb index creation. I have a patch to let DwarfContext defer to lld for getting section contents and relocations. That is a pretty big performance improvement. This is just a refactoring to make that easier to do. This change makes the creation of gdb index a dedicated step and makes that templated. LLVM Linker (lld)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.

lld is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
