Harlan Haskins b7881bbfa2 Add C API bindings for DIBuilder 'Type' APIs This patch adds a set of unstable C API bindings to the DIBuilder interface for creating structure, function, and aggregate types. This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow
programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM
infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
