Bruno Cardoso Lopes a01ede2f11 Mips ISelLowering cleanup : Removed old LowerCALL and FORMAL_ARGS helpers, they 
aren't used anyway, they also used to broke compiling when fastcc was specified for a
function, but not anymore.
