Stella Laurenzo 5065839da7 Upstream the Quantizer tool (part 4). ... This adds the basic passes needed and ties them into mlir-opt. Also adds two specific unit tests that exercise them. mlir-opt.cpp	Move the diagnostic verification functionality out of mlir-opt and into a new llvm::SourceMgr diagnostic handler 'SourceMgrDiagnosticVerifierHandler'. This will allow for other tools to reuse the 'expected-*' functionality.	2019-05-10 19:26:51 -07:00
