Justin Bogner cc7e7cabd5 Revert "[UBSan] Use shared library for UBSan on OS X" and its followup This change caused test failures on darwin, and the followup which was meant to fix those caused compiler-rt to start failing to link. Compiler-RT
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the compiler
support routines.

Compiler-RT is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the
terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
