Alex Richardson 13f0b85212 Fix Windows builders after `244601f472` Apparently __builtin_abort() is not supported when targetting Windows. Compiler-RT

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the compiler
support routines.

Compiler-RT is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the
