Without this patch,
clang -fsanitize=address -xc =(printf 'int main(){}') -o a; ./a => deadlock in __asan_init>AsanInitInternal>AsanTSDInit>...>__getcontextx_size>_rtld_bind>rlock_acquire(rtld_bind_lock, &lockstate)
