Michael Zolotukhin 79ff564ef3 [LoopVectorizer] Fix bailing-out condition for OptForSize case. ... With option OptForSize enabled, the Loop Vectorizer is not supposed to create tail loop. Scalar	This change fixes three bugs in loop unswitching.
