Stella Laurenzo a201829a20 Fix parsing of hex-format index dense tensor attributes. ... TensorLiteralParser::getHexAttr does a isIntOrIndexOrFloat check and properly handles index elements, but TensorLiteralParser::getAttr that calls into it has a mismatched check.
